    Zuma Rock Private Golf Course is a premium golf facility established and operated solely as a private business enterprise. It is not a club and does not function under any membership-based governance. Management and operational decisions are exclusively made by the owners or designated management team. The course is open to approved guests and players based on defined access and fee criteria.

    • Provide a world-class golfing experience in a secure, serene, and professionally managed environment.
    • Ensure sustainability through efficient, revenue-based operations.
    • Maintain operational independence without external interference.
  3. Access and Eligibility
    The Golf Course is open to the following categories:
    • Day Players (Pay-as-you-play)
    • Corporate Bookings
    • Private Group Reservations
    • Tournaments approved by management

    No membership is required or offered. Management reserves the right to approve or deny access based on availability, conduct, or prior engagements.

  4. Players Fees and Conditions
    1. Fee Structure / Pass Types
      • Daily Green Fees (All Days): ₦20,000 per round (inclusive of 2 bottles of water)
      • Annual Pass (Non-Membership): ₦1,200,000
      • Individual Temporary Pass:
        • 3 Months: ₦300,000
        • 6 Months: ₦600,000
      • Couples Pass Annual: ₦1,900,000
      • Caddy Services (Optional): ₦5,000 per round
    2. Booking and Payment Conditions
      • All bookings must be made in advance via official means or authorized personnel.
      • Full payment must be made before course access is granted.
      • No refunds for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of tee time.
      • Group and tournament bookings require a deposit and formal agreement.
    3. Special Pricing
      • Golfers enjoy a 10% discount on food purchases at Rock Restaurant.
      • Corporate discount packages may be offered upon negotiation.
      • Dynamic pricing may apply during peak seasons or special events.
  5. Code of Conduct and Course Etiquette
    • All players must adhere to international golfing etiquette.
    • Dress code: Proper golf attire is mandatory. No jeans, slippers, or offensive clothing.
    • Players must respect course rules, groundskeepers, and pace of play (4 hours per 18 holes).
    • No outside food or unauthorized caddies are permitted.
    • Abuse of course facilities, staff, or fellow players will result in immediate removal and possible ban.
  6. Facility Usage Guidelines
    • Practice facilities are to be used within allocated time slots only.
    • Locker room access is reserved for booked players on the day of play.
    • Players must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to tee-off.
    • Golf carts must stay on cart paths unless otherwise directed.
    • No pets or non-playing spectators allowed unless approved.
  7. Management Authority and Disclaimer
    • All operations are under the authority of the Management Team.
    • Players waive any claim to influence governance or policy-making.
    • Fees, rules, and access conditions may be modified without prior notice.
    • Management decisions on discipline, access denial, or fee enforcement are final.
  8. Health, Safety, and Liability
    • All players play at their own risk.
    • Medical support is available onsite for first-aid only.
    • Players are responsible for their personal belongings.
    • The Golf Course is not liable for injury, equipment loss, weather disruptions, or loss of private items.
  9. Events and Tournaments
    • Corporate, charity, or private tournaments may be hosted under exclusive arrangements.
    • Events are governed by separate contractual terms and subject to availability.
    • External organizers must coordinate logistics through the golf operations manager.
  10. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
    • Business operations, financial terms, and client information are confidential.
    • No player or guest may request, access, or distribute internal documents or business decisions.
  11. Enforcement
    This Operating System is binding on all players and visitors. Violations may result in access suspension or permanent denial. Disputes will be settled solely by management, with no third-party recourse permitted.
